We provide thorough support to those interested in operating a food truck.
After a brief explanation and interview, you'll submit the required documents, and we’ll coordinate the area and schedule for your operations.
Please feel free to share any requests or questions.

*Due to high demand, we may not be able to accommodate all applicants. Thank you for your understanding.

Management Fee

A management fee is collected from all vendors for administrative operations at each location.
The fee is in line with industry standards.

*We are flexible depending on your event or facility needs.

A The basic approach is to follow the space owner’s preferences. We also consider sales trends and customer feedback to propose the most suitable arrangement for each location.

A It’s not required — we can operate with generators. If power is available, we may use it with your permission and reimburse electricity fees. (Details can be discussed during coordination.)

A Absolutely. We accommodate a wide range of requests, from end-of-year parties to summer festivals and more.

If you are currently operating a kitchen car or are considering starting one and would like to explore opportunities for event participation, please contact us via the inquiry form below.

Weekday Lunch: Due to the preferences of certain locations, we only accept kitchen cars that can offer at least one menu item around ¥600 (mainly for students). (This does not apply to sweets or dessert-focused vendors—please consult with us separately.) Please also note that due to high demand, there may be a waitlist depending on the location.

At our company, kitchen car scheduling is based on sales performance and other evaluation criteria. Please understand that we do not guarantee equal opportunities for all vendors. In some cases, we may decline your registration based on the outcome of the interview.
